- 01. Certificate of Incorporation, MOA, AOA
- 02. Composite Dealer or Regular Dealer
- 03. All Directors Mobile Number
- 04. All Directors E Mail ID
- 05. All Directors Aadhar Cards
- 06. All Directors PAN Cards
- 07. All Directors Passport Size Photos
- 08. Board Resolution Copy to Appoint Authorized Signatory in GST Related Matters in Letterhead. (We will Provide Draft after receiving all Details)
- 09. Address of Principal Place of Business and Address of Additional Place of Business (If Available)
- a) In case of Rented/Leased Premises
- Rental Agreement (Need Owner, Tenant and Witnesses Aadhar Cards), or
- Consent Letter if Property Owned Director (We will Give Drafted Consent Letter if required).
- b) In case of Own Building
- Property Registration Document.
- 10. Property Tax Challan and Electricity Bill. (Name Should Be Same in Both Documents)
- 11. Bank Passbook Front Page (OR) Bank Statement (OR) Cancelled Cheque (After Approval of GST License)

- 01. Create Separate Mail ID for GST Registration Purpose and Share Mail ID Password with us.
- 02. Key Points to Include in a Rental Agreement
- i) Duration of the Rental Agreement
- The rental agreement should be for a duration of 11 months.
- If the duration exceeds 11 months, the agreement must be registered at the appropriate Registration Office to ensure legal validity.
- ii) Property Schedule
- The rental agreement must include a detailed schedule of the property, clearly specifying the address, dimensions, and any other relevant property details.
- iii) Identity Verification
- Copies of the Aadhaar cards and mobile numbers of all parties involved must be provided: i.e. Lessor (Owner), Lessee (Tenant), Witnesses
- 03. You have to Share Bank Account Details, within 45 days after Approval of GST License. Non-Submission of Bank Account Details will lead to Cancellation of GST Registration.
- 04. In case of Consent Letter, it Should Be Printed on Rs.100 Stamp Paper.
